What is average CTR on push traffic these days?

Hello, I try to run some push traffic campaigns with no luck. To me this is all new and it seems my biggest problem is low CTR, but I do not know for sure since I dont know what average CTR on push ads is is these days. I run simple sweepstakes like get iPhone etc.. Could you guys tell me what CTR do you get these days?
