My question is... "Oversea Fraud Networks" out there I guess? This isn't a racist question or anything like that. A network owner told me this today. So I wanted to see if it is BS

Never heard such things although your question may not be directly related to racism but it can get racists to get into this thread and may make issue out of it. And yeah fraud is everywhere so stop taking about this useless stuff.
