Well , I am new in website development and adsense management. I will highly appreciate suggestions from experienced person.I am not a coder thus I need something easy to operate.

Any of the themes with a lot of sales and good ratings on themeforest will do. I recently tried out ElegentThemes and their Divi theme is great. The WYSIWYG feature makes it very easy get a clean looking layout without any html/css knowledge.

Since I am not an expert in theme customization. my question is - Can place ad placement at strategic positions in Newspaper 7 ? does it have any built in option to place adsense ad wherever i want ?

Yeah it does. It lets you place ads in the header, sidebar, top of post, middle of post and bottom of post very easily, plus more.

You can get the theme with Adsense on
1) My themeshop
2) Themeforest
3) Wordpress

The first two will be coming with the premium versions.
And the wordpress themes will be comes with both premium and free available
You can able to make some customization on the adsense by yourself.
simple to manage.

Also check in the wordpress.org theme repository and do a search for magazine themes. You can find some great themes this way that were already approved to certain standards in order to even make it in the WordPress repository. Be sure to read the reviews and weigh out your options.
