What is another Affiliate Network?

COPEAC- No longer a member since they do not allow incentive
NeverBlue- There are no incentive offers

I have been rejected by:

CPA Empire


There has to be more legitimate networks that I can sign up to, I do white hat methods only. I may even pay to get an account with Maxbounty as I read they are a great Affiliate Network to work with.
