what is amazon FBA and how all of this work, how do u get profit out of this as i know u just buy items for cheaper and sell it for more?

FBA is where you send your inventory to amazon fufillment centers and they ship the product for you.

Thanks, I've already seen that. I really trying to decide if it's worth it for small items like CDs.
depends on if you are gonna ship a lot, if you are only gonna sell a couple here and there it may not be worth it. You do get the benefit of not having to ship it yourself and fba amazons customer service can handle most problems

Thanks, good to know there's an expert on the forum. It's going to be slow to start so FBA probably isn't the right way

Yea I would just ship from home for awhile and then if you fill business pick up look back into FBA. Its a great program tho and builds more trust with customers since most people assume anything filled by amazon is amazon itself selling it and not a third party.

Some people only buy prime items which is what a fba item would appear as

Usually people private label their products and ship them to Amaozn for resale. You can buiild a brand through Amazon and then start to move traffic to your own platform.

Amazon FBA is using Amazon as a 3rd Party Fulfillment partner, there are benefits but you can find those by searching.

Buying products for cheap and selling them for higher is what we call 'Business', ever business does that to some level.

But if you're referring to private labelling or wholesaling there is 101 pages worth of information on the web to look into the details.

One of the great benefits of FBA is avoiding the hassles of shipping from home.

It's a good place for smalls if they have a good rank or are out of stock. For some reason, Amazon buyers aren't always looking for the lowest price so you can get full value compared to eBay. But it only makes sense if you send a box of items to avoid shipping costs. The drawbacks are you pay a reasonable fee for them to do everything, after some time they can start charging for storage if your items don't sell, and there are many profitable categories and brand names that are closed to newbies ("gated"). Download the FBA app and scan some items to get an idea of the fees and profit. Send in a medium box of junk and see how it goes, just don't upgrade to professional seller ($40/month) until you see good sales.

Fulfilled by Amazon = FBA and what this means is the item that is being sold on Amazon.com marketplace is shipped directly from an Amazon Warehouse.

The best way to do money with FBA is ordering items/stuff from china in bulk, getting it for cheap and then re-selling as FBA item on Amazon. Fees for being FBA its arround 15%
