I'm tired of getting video after video removed within days - while some stay forever

What is actually allowed on Youtube? Are there any kind of CPA/PPD/Affiliate that won't get removed eventually?

As long as YouTube is concerned, almost everything is against TOS. They are pretty much subjective. I've had a CPA video for over 5 weeks now with no problem and another video of the same kind in another channel that was removed within 4 days. Just continue what you are doing, don't spend too much time on one video, spread your resources over several and work out your profits in the time you have before your video is brought down. Videos getting deleted for CPA (unethical means of earning as in cracks, hacks etc and not the white hat CPA) is really common and has been a little more dire problem in the past few days. You just need to adjust accordingly, and upload more videos over several channels and hope that YT gets fucked up :D
    Good day!
