Rankings based on your traffic 
Alexa Rankings means rankings according to alexa
E.g : You can check your site's alexa ranking in alexa.com and enter your site url there and you will get it .
This decreases as your site get visitors , as much vistors you get alexa ranking will start decreasing .
Like you can check bhw's alexa ranking and its 510 (Which is superb)

To be more simple :- alexa = "Global ranking of websites" it gives rank in accordance with the website traffic.

alexa is depending on your site traffic how much traffic is coming on your site and as much traffic will come on your site alexa rank decreses. CHEERS
