What is ad account renting?

I see a lot of marketplace thread about Facebook Ad Renting etc.

What exactly does it do? I mean I can create an ad account myself and create campaign.

Does the Facebook ad renting marketplace ads on bhw also creates the campaigns for you? What is it exactly?

Its basically an aged ad account which won't get banned only big players buy or those who dont have required payment method.

I don't know much about Facebook, but I know people offer them in forums.

Understood, basically it's for those companies who are in grey list but wants to promote on Facebook.
