Googled it could not find this. What is the meaning of a Wiki Link or Wiki backlink? How authoritative they are? Do they have weight in SER?

They are links from platforms such as mediawiki, tikiwiki and all. They are usually no-followed.

yeah include the wikipedia, wikimapia, wikibooks, wikileaks, wikia and so many, but need an authorized account to get the targeted links.

Today i can say WiKi links, except from wikipedia is just crap and can be used as negative SEO
