Hi,

I am new here. Currently i am working as a fresher in SEO field. I am dealing Real Esate website so i need you guys to help me how to increase the position for my project. my friend is dealing US consulating website for past 3 months his websites are good in position but in 2015 it not all in google SERP. So i need your help please help me what should i do to get my project website to come on google 1st position.

Learn learn and learn. No one is going to hand it to you. You can not learn the SEO strategy by memorizing them. You need t practice and realize what works and what doesn't.
 
How is the authority of your site?

You need to start with good content, and use twitter out reach to have strong influencers link back to your content

This is the SEO for 2015
 
Please tell me guys :) i am doing what google says but some keywords are imporved some are not especially high competion keywords :(
 
My Project site Page authority is 26 and domain authority is 14. and also how a page in twitter ?
 
Whilst you're trying to gain "strageities" (also known as strategies) free from competitors, people are reading, learning and putting things into practice. Look at it this way. Would you just "pop" into a university and just say "hey, can you tell me how to become a doctor?" Probably, but others would enrol, learn, become certified and practice (become a GP). Sure, people would be willing to help you with something, but I highly doubt anyone in here would be willing to share information that destroys a competitive advantage. If you just want one strategy for 2015, then writing would be one. There you go.

Do you honestly think that I would willingly hand over my years of school work, years of investing and testing, just because you asked?

Thanks for your reply guys. First of all i gonna create a dummy blog for testing purposes. I will Implement what pro's says and some of my own if it works i will go the same in my blog between i have directory submission sites from PR ( 3-8) all are tested in google page rank. i will upload soon here. once again thankyou. :) :D
 
Hey OP,

As a few others have suggested already, you should try to ensure that both the content you are using for your site well as the content you use for your link-building efforts is unique and well optimized.

Below I've listed some vital aspects to take into consideration when link building in 2015!

1. Anchor text variation and % breakdown

2. Ensuring that both the original content and any spun variations used for link-building are of high quality and well optimized but not over-optimized

3. Rate of link building and velocity. The slower and longer drip, then usually the safer off
