If I were to keyword stuff about golf.

"I love golf, golf is such a great game for golfers, I love golf so much that I dream about golf"

That would such in writing and would not only be keyword stuff, but a chore to read.

    But If I wrote.

"I enjoy the game of golf, early mornings, crisp greens, choosing the perfect club for an approach shot, then watch my ball drop into the hole for par."

You'd be writing more naturally about the subject, while still allowing your keyword to work it's way into the article.
