It's a product/service that a BHW vendor gives away for free in exchange for a review of the product/service.

If you are not a seller then you dont have to worry about that.
Its a free service/product request for the Marketplace seller.

The interesting thing about review copies (from my POV as a noob) is that the review is only really given by a minor %age of the people asking for a review copy.
I believe for many it has become a more friendly way of asking for a freebie or at least a discount.
