It's where you create a network of private blogs and only allow yourself access, no one else can read them. I like to record my thoughts and feelings for the day in mine, take today's entry...'Captain's log: Wednesday, August the 12th, feeling #31: 'Fucksake'. Some guy asked the question again, why, why can't they use Google? They're trying to rank a site on there but they can't use it? Survival of the fittest is broken, I blame Obamacare'.

Again it's a private blog, so you can write what you want.

Is just a group of sites specifically designed to improve your search engine rankings.
If you have some interest to build your own PBN, then you should follow some points to protect your sites from penalization.

A private blog network is a collection of public blogs you own but will usually link to specific sites for SEO. If you own 15 sites than you can give yourself 15 backlinks

Yes the title does say it all. It is a network of private blogs. You know what a blog is? You know what a network is? You know what private means? Pretty much sums it up.
