I haven't found any problem with "website" yet. (Server can go down for maintenance, it can happen with even any other network as well, so you have to bear with that!)
Do you know whats the difference between CPA and PPD?
(PPD can't pay you as much as a CPA network can pay you, because PPD gives you CPA network's offers to promote while keeping a percentage from each offer's actual payout. Therefore, you can't ever compare a PPD with CPA. CPA is dad and PPD is Dad's lovely kid)
Once again, this is not FiileIce or any other PPD site's error that a visitor completes one offer and then he/she has to complete another. There are few reasons for this:I just read a thread about FileIce, it looks that after someone fills an offer, they are forced to fill another offer, which decreases the patient and then, we would not get the lead
1- Owner of file has set the option that a visitor can download the file after completing "X" offers (X = 1,2,3,4,5,67 anything)
2- The offer that is being completed by visitor, has problem that its not providing postback link or any kind of indication where PPD site can understand or get an indication that the offer is completed successfully and now the visitor is allowed to download the file.
Therefore, either its file owner's decision of not letting you get the file after completing one offer, or the problem is at CPA network's end!
You can face this problem with any PPD site either its FI or CF or SC etc..
I think I have clarified your misconceptions in a better way!
