What is a good technical justification for multiple IPv4 on a VPS?

Always get this question when asking for more then 1 IPv4 for webhosting/seo hosting..

What would be a good technical justification to give so I can get those more easily? Got this response for example:

That being said, our policy requires technical justification prior to additional IP addresses being assigned. Before we can fulfill this request, could you please provide us with an explanation of the technical reason that your existing IP allocation does not address your needs?
