Have one created just for you...
and why is that better than purchasing an existing product? All too often people traipse out the "get one developed" trope, but very rarely explain why, which would imply they have never done so and thus are unaware of the issues and hassles of it all
Don't get me wrong, if you have specific usecases, want very specific functionality / control, then it can be the only way to go, but generally - it isn't.
It costs more
You need to manage the development process
You are the sole bug finder
Edge cases are unlikely to be handled, responses, handling network issues etc which a public bot with feedback from 100s / 1000s of uses can be covered with your private bot, they are not
You need to pay for updates / bug fixes / new features
The only way you find out a funciton needs updating is when you hit the issue, as opposed to a public bot where there are 100s or 1000s of uses finding out what functions have changed before you even know it
You are reliant on the developer to maintain the progran, if they disappear finding someone else to take over the project could be difficult
You are hoping the developer has experience in bots and knows the ins and outs
and I could go on and on.
