What is a good shopping cart software?

I am building a website for a restaurant and the owner wants an "order online" button that allows customers to order takeout food via internet. He specifically wants the program to be able to automatically fax the orders to him after it is placed, so that he can keep tabs on the orders and get the food prepared in rel time. Is there any shopping cart software that allows this feature? (The ones I've looked at so far only email you the order and shipping details, but don't fax it in real time.)

PLEEEASE help me with this, I have a deadline to meet, and have searched everywhere, but am totally new to the world of adding online order options to websites.

why dont you design a system - when an online order is sent, your local system picks up (custom software) and alert the staff, this can be a sound or/and red screen ticket. Then you have the capability to print or do anything you like..
