What is a good proxy setup for multiple Paid To Click Site accounts?

I have about a dozen Liberty Reserve accounts, and I want to join some paid to click sites, specifically one involving mail and donkeys (do not want to make the name obvious to an internet search). Since other people in the house are constantly on the internet, pulling the power cable from my modem for a few minutes is not an option. How would I go about setting up a system where the sites would see a different ip address with each login? I am totally new to proxies, so I have never used anything before, and I have no cash to start with.

You can use free proxies, there are extensions in firefox/chrome to help you with managing them.

Make sure you clean out your list before using them, there are tools available to test the proxies easily.

But when you have a bit of cash, buy some private proxies, they start at around 1$ each/month.

And better yet, use FireFox Portable.
