I am looking to test out some ideas I have for businesses. To do that I figured having a website is essential and proves whether the idea works or not.

I have come across Beaver and Elementor. I wanted some of the community's experience with those or other tools.

What service do you use to build your WordPress site and what is your experience so far?

I don't use pagebuilders, but I'm not here to trash them because that's my opinion. They have their place in the world, especially if your coding knowledge isn't great.

What I will share with you, is that whatever you do choose, be aware that you'll probably have to stick with it, because migrating away from a pagebuilder is the purest form of hell. They lock all of the page code up in separate areas of the database (usually) and they use butt-tons of shortcodes. This means trying to get your page out and into a standard WordPress page, or a different page builder is a very manual process.

I'm in no way trying to dissuade you from using them. I've seen fantastic looking pages built with them. I just want you to know it is a commitment.

    Hey @minimo88
I love Visual Composer. Lots of functionality and customizations. I've used Divi builder and some others out there...but VC is my favorite.

    Happy building!

You can use Visual Composer plugin. I think it's the best drag and drop plugin now. Or you can use thrive theme with thrive builder. All of them is not free!

    Divi for me.
To check one of websites I built using Divi visit medcobra dot com

I am not even a designer but was pretty impressed with the results using Divi.
