What is a Good Automatic Link Building Program?

I tried the free trial of No Hands SEO and it didn't turn out to my liking, I'm currently using Scrapebox but mostly for harvesting high pr (PR 5+) urls that I can use to backlink to my money site. Are there any other good link building tools out there that won't break my wallet?

GSA SE ranker is a one-time-payment. I haven't tried it, yet... but will definitely look into its trial.
