What is a compromised account?

My Google Ads account is banned and it says "Compromised Account". How can I fix this?

Typically, an account that has been hacked usually implies that Google has detected suspicious activity on your account. It could be either through hacking into your account or by making some suspicious changes.

Compromised Account means someone may have accessed your Google Ads account without permission. Try to submit an appeal. If you have not done 2-Step Verification yet, first complete it.

Google has a history of the activities on your account, which makes them know the traffic that flows on it. Once there is a change in that traffic, especially when there is a spike or unusual activity, their first port of call is take that account down. This measure safeguards you and your data.
What to do:
You have to appeal and provide proof that you are still in control and your account will account is returned to you.
But in the case where they have verified and confirmed fishy transactions, they can take down the account and so report it as a compromised account. You can still appeal if there is such provision or your reach their Customer Service.

ensure that you confirm the actions in your account, who has access to your account whether there is an update on your billing information nd the application associated with your account that you do not know about.

before i can even say anything do you find anything suspicious on the account or login on the accout that doesn't feel like you are the one
