What is a Blackhat Niche?

Hi,

I am new here. I was searching on Google about what is a blackhat niche. Most answers are all about SEO. It is tough to find specific answer about a 'blackhat niche'. What is it?

Plus, if I find some glitch in the software or find some clever method in a game, turn it into an ebook, and do content locking on it, will it be a 'blackhat niche'?

I am confused. I am sorry if it is a stupid question.

Fraude is a blackhat niche, (fake)hacks, pirated movies, games, software etc

But most of the time it's whitehat niches that are being monetized with blackhat tactics if you want to talk about blackhat.

Most of my stuff is done completely whitehat.

Game hacks for example, people do offers gaining nothing, it's a scam.

Thank you. What if I am offering some unique strategy of a game through ebook or a short report that how to earn gems, coins inside a game? Is it still blackhat?

If it's fake then yeah it's BH and if it works it's not and you need to come with a good tactic to monetize it as people will probably share the shit out of it.

Technically you can apply blackhat techniques to any niche you want. Blackhat = unethical use of technology. (more or less)

Blackhat just means doing something that you are not supposed to do. It can be on an ad network, or affiliate network.

Ad network blackhat example:
facebook does not allow dating, if you cloak your landing page and do dating. This is considered doing blackhat facebook.

On the other hand pof allows dating, so running dating on pof is not conisdered blackhat there.

Affiliate network blackhat example:
An offer does not allow you to run a certain landing page that is too aggressive, so you iframe the offer into your landing page to hide it from the affiliate network. This is considered blackhat but on the affiliate network side.

Again, blackhat simply means doing something you are not supposed to do.
