Hello,

Was looking around for answers to the question. How much is a $10 a day site worth?

10/day means 300/month - price is about 6-12 months revenue, so about 3,500 USD? ; )
 
If your site is making 10 dollars a day, how many views is it getting? What is ctr, all that matters. Also what is the age. I might be interested.
 
A lot of factors will determine the final price, but assuming all your traffic is natural, the site ranks well, and the revenue has been pretty consistent for a few months, I'd say you could get around 3k or a little more.

Make sure you also have a really good auction listing because that can make all the difference.

3000$ would be a fair price, depends where your getting traffic from and what type of site it is.

Depends on a number of factors, including niche, age and traffic sources.

Around $5k if it's been earning with Adsense, has an evergreen niche and has a track record of earnings. Substantially less in niches such as movies.
 
the price depend on a lot of factors..traffic source, serp, Design and niche..but with $10/days or $300/mo , if your earning stable at those point..i think your site will sold not less than $1800 :)

You can also throw a few of the old gimmicks in depending on where you sell it such as alexa ranking, is it dmoz listed, is it yahoo directory listed for example. these can add value for certain buyers.
 
There are a lot of factours but if you're basing it off of revenue, just calculate $300 and 12 months. People usually pay a years' worth of revenue but it can go for anywhere from a couple of months of revenue to 2 years revenue.
 
I saw an interview with a domain expert who said that sites generally sell on Flippa for 10-12 months of earnings. (He also indicated that some of these were bargains at that price, but that's another topic.) Using this benchmark, a $10/day site would be expected to go for $3000 to $3600.
 
If it was whitehat and had genuine links I'd pay up to $3.5-4k. If it's ranking because of blackhat or a dodgy niche (movies) and could be nuked by google at any time, I'd pay at the most $800.
