Please tell me you are NOT a US citizen. I know the US get teased about how f'ed up our school system is but damn it isn't THAT bad!

I know many US citizens cannot do math problems in their heads but we STILL have calculators on our computers, cell phones, in the classrooms, etc.
 
OMG no wonder many failed in IM despite all the knowledge shared and steps shown in BHW.
 
6 - 6 = -5
-5 * 6 = -30

Can't believe everyone is getting it wrong.

I guess submitting answer as 30 might be because you were working fast and forgot the negative sign at "6 - 6 = -5"
 
BODMAS (Brackets, of, division, multiplication, addition, subtraction)
Multiplication before subtraction
6x6 = 36 then
6-36 = -30
