What IP software good for Facebook ?

I want to use daily 500 Facebook accounts so need fresh IP.
But I want to use the same IP which I have used to open the acc.
That means if 1-10 number acc I have opened from los angeles IP then if I want to open those 1-10 number acc again how I can find the same IP in the VPN software.
I am looking for the best.

I'm wondering about the same thing. Fresh IP's WORK, but where the hell do we get one? I also have hundreds of Facebook accounts but they keep getting BANNED because I don't have a fresh IP.

I've already tried VPS's, proxies etc etc.
