All bots have this, just run a search that outputs the details to a csv. Not all profiles include location information but some do, then you just load it into excel for your needss
again, any bot with a scraper. Scrape followers, the map the results for results that exist in all
these already exist as well

A Tool that creates engagement groups would be nice. ( I want to be able to add random people with big accounts based off some big accounts followers list and be able to edit the name of the group and/or add photos)

is there a tool that searches for hashtags in a location?
For ex. I want to see all the posts from Taj Mahal location with hashtag #travel

You just need a bot that has a scrape module which allows you to specify the output type as csv details. These exist already (not free)
This also already exists. Probably best to contact the main / pro ISG bot out there (there are only 3-4 so shouldn't take learn, 2-3if you remove jarvee from the list)

I can consider it if you're more descriptive. There are lots of analyzation tools out there, but is there one with a certain featuring missing.
There are a bazillion tools out there that do audience analyzations.
Looking for ideas for marketers on this forum to use, not tools for tweenagers.
Entirely do-able. Writing it down.

Not sure this is something that can be automated. I think doing a manual search yourself will lead to just as quick of results. I may be missing something here.

the scrape a users followers by country would help by being able to only follow users from targeted counrty

Great idea.
@IGKing 's Followplanner already has that feature. It has been very helpful for me but a free standalone tool will be really cool.
I don't know what else @superslikuzi wants it for but there is a good demand among small businesses. These businesses don't run accounts themeself but hire marketers with special request of targeting location within the niche which isnt possible to do simultaneously. But scraping users based on hashtags within the specific location isnt good idea as the results will be really really low which i don't think worth your time.
List is in account settings > Privacy and security > Blocked accounts.
