What public instagram bots can load accounts from file, and use Multi-threads following function?

Theres alot of bots that can do that it all depends on what you need them for. Feel free to PM me with questions
 
Instead of using those bots, How about developing your own Website with Auto Follower Function, I seen its api and it seems like pretty same as Facebook Apps structure.

Instagram bot are very common bot.You can buy if from bhw members.

Please name the programs?, I've tried Insta fire, extremely fake threads. not good at all and slow. I need something work faster.

I have no time. Beside am not a developer. I am looking for something free and effective. Thanks anyway for the idea.
