Hi. I got this expired domain around october 2020 and its DR was 8. I started working on it and lately it got a big DR boost. Is there a way to find out exactly what made my DR jump this way?

Backlinks have been increasing by 1-2 every day for the past few months and all of them are free web 2.0s, directory and forum links. So I didn't get any links from any big DR sites or anything like that. But I did order a fiverr gig with around 500k comment links which I sent to my tier 1s. Could that have done it?
