What incentive CPA company should I use?

The files I'm going to lock aren't copyrighted or I'm the copyright holder.

I've already applied to BLAMads but they are testing their new tracking software and will start accepting new publishers in a few weeks.

Also I am not from the US but from Europe, the less developed part of Europe, will that be a problem when trying to get in a CPA program? Late-night phonecalls by them shouldn't be a problem.

+ I chose BLAMads because they have offers for most of the countries but the main stuff I'm targeting is US traffic. I'd still like for the company to have international offers.

If you are promoting copyrighted stuff you should try adscendmedia. They also provide affiliates with content locker and are easy to get in.

Good luck in your CPA application. I have applied several CPA network, but none of them accepted me. It sucks.

I promote stuff that I either have the right to distribute, own the copyright to or isn't really copyrighted. Buth thnx, I will check out adcendmedia.

Try StrongerAds. They have everything you need.

As far as I know they do not have a content gateway.
