I guess you need to be patient

What type of content are you creating?

Is it push or pull type of videos?

Your content probably sucks. Focus on having the best content before you start promoting using ads. Otherwise you'll be spending your money for nothing. It also depends on your niche and the type of content.
I would suggest to stop advertising and spend like a week just creating a ton of content. Then advertise.

The recipe niche is very hard to break into simply because of the vast quantity of videos and articles. Unless you have something truly unique you will have a hard time getting subscribers even if your content is good. Also most people just look up recipes when they need them and don't bother subscribing. Its just one of the things you have to deal with being in that niche. Rather than using advertising try other forms of marketing. Post some of your finished foods on r/foodporn.

Are you targeting specific keywords? Maybe niching down would help? Like yesterday I searched 94 diesel ram 2500 cummins no crank and the first result had 90K views (and was the fix I needed :) ). I did subscribe to that guy's channel in case the old girl acts out again.

And which country are trying to target, If it is tier three countries check out the competitors.

Does your content get good engagement without using ads? If you're not converting organic traffic then paid traffic won't convert either.

Don't forget to targeted Channels in your niche

Ensure that the content of your channel are rich in quality and good in design and in video wise. A follower follows something if only that follow is worth while. :)

Well if nobody is subscribing its obvious, nobody interested?? And even with search in youtbe subscriptions are like 1/1000 views or so. People get 100.000 views a day and 500-1000 subs.

Probably your content is the problem here, other than that the only other reason could be that your account is to fresh. YouTube is a waiting game...
