I find it’s hard to learn where to start on this site. I’ve been creeping in the background for over a week now and there’s so much info, which don’t get me wrong, is a good thing. There is so many terms that I don’t know if I’m reading something based on 1 method or 2 completely different ones lol. I do understand a lot of these can be mixed together.

Also I see all of these threads regarding starting with $5, $10 etc. But what if the money isn’t too much of a issue and you have $1000 to invest or however much?

If I’m not reading a thread that answers some of my questions just give me a heads up!

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I dabbled in Shopify for a while with a few thousand, which in my opinion is probably the only way to really do Shopify successfully given all the money spent on FB ads and whatnot. I’m currently in the process of creating a mobile app, which is obviously where the future is heading (all things mobile), and given that you have some money to play with, you can get something designed and developed for under $5,000 - depending on the programmer, of course. Just a thought!

I think it could be a better way to learn more in a company or study from guys who are experienced.
After knowing the circumstances and have your own mind, then maybe it is the time to have a try. :)

where are free working methods on this forum, you just need to search and test

If you have money, the world is your oyster. You can try any of the methods that seem feasible to you. Set up an Affiliate site or two, work Instagram marketing, set up a merch shop. You can even outsource much of the initial work it would take to get all of these things rolling with that kind of cash. Think about hosting fees, content writing, designing, getting site maintenance, all of those things would be more accessible to you. You can hit the ground running with whatever method you decide to try, instead of wasting time waiting for the thing to start bringing in money so you can start upgrading.

Wow, a forum where you don’t get flamed for asking for help.

Thanks a lot guys! Appreciate it!

Oh sometimes people do get flamed here too. Maybe you just got a good batch of people on your post. Good luck with your future business endeavors, make sure to let us know how things panned out. We don’t get to see a lot of stories about people who start out with some cash in the bank.

I was in the same position as you. Now, I am going to creep in corner and learn everything from this thread.

I would suggest you stay up to 2-3 months in the forum to be familiar with IM and also get to know who's who and what not before making any investment decisions. Since you have money and not desperate to earn quickly, this shouldn't be a problem to you.
Use the time to read up on the niche you are interested in. You will save yourself some worries and losses.

Welcome to the forum and goodluck to your hustle.

during the past years i learn if you want to manage time while learning and producing better results towards your goal you need to outsource part of the work to professionals for example am good in making websites, but i rather outsource this part when i have a new idea and focus more on my game plan to push it to where i want it to be or buy a ready made affiliate website etc but if your extremely good in making site and managing time then doing it your self will save you money i belive $1,000 is enough there are people who started with $100 and made it by reinvesting.

I don't know lols!. Seriously, if you are familiar with IM and you have money, just focus on a niche and go for it. Just get the basics and start. You will learn the technical aspects of it along the way.

I think that sometimes having money can be a good thing and sometimes not.

It can be good bcz you can invest, see what works and what not and get results much faster then those who don't invest. At the other hand, IM takes time and persistence, and when you see that things are not working great from the beginning you will just abandon the project as you already are on the comfort-zone and it is really hard to get out of there.

You can check out on the journey section and see people who started with like 10$ and managed to sell the site for 5 figures within a year.

And I really think that you should stick at one thing. Whether that is e-com, SEO or social media.

Best of luck.

Thanks for the response. I find my my biggest set back right now exactly is that. I’m undecided in what to start with, I’ve be dabbling in instagram but I’m not sure if that’s where I should be and find myself doubting my choice.
