What if one site on shared hosting is penalized by google?

I have couple of websites on one shared hosting (one IP). What if 1 site gets penalized? Does this affect my other sites on the same ip?

Nope, it won't. Think about this, there are hosting companies that offer shared hosting. A lot of people are sharing the same IP for their websites. So google wouldn't do this.

Nope, domain is affected, hosting is not affected, the only thing you should watch out for is Google products you use together like analytics and search Console

Exactly, if that would have been the case then many hosting companies also would have gone bankrupt over the years.
