what can I do to get those earnings? another PayPal account won't accept bank account?And I think it's my end.If I get banned from Iwriter once

you can buy as many accounts you want just use the misc.
make sure to use 1 ip to each account.

it's against their rules , by the way why you don't use 1 account and earn a lot from it using 1 ip and 1 paypal, it's better to have one iwriter account and concentrate on it rather then make many iwriter accounts per ip.
