What If I Spam my Google Plus Profile page

The only times I post stuff to my G+ profile is when I make new posts on my blogs
So I'm thinking, is it a good seo strategy to spam my google plus profile page since it is rich in backlinks to my blogs

I would not suggest you do that.

Your literally giving google a "hey look here i am spamming and these are all my links and blog locations, please devalue them".

Definitely, I won't recommend that.
Normally when I build web2.0s (and others)I don't build on googleSites or blogspot. I don't spam anything. Don't spam your fb and twitter profile or google plus page. Spamming exact Google plus link can really be risky.
