What If I create my own currency?

I have that idea from the moment I first saw OneCoin.eu - There is a probably just a ponzi scheme covered by "cryptocurency" (I mean you buy tokens to go mining??? WTF? They just want you to loose your time while they have your money) but this I noticed. I think they add more and more value to the price of their coin day by day... I mean if they shows that OneCoin = "$6.38414372" who decide that when there is no open market.

So What If I create something like website where you can register for 5$ or 10$ or 15$ or 20$ or 25$ and get MyCoins and ewallet. So we will start with price of 1 MyCoin = 0,1$ maybe less (I don't know ATM)
I will make system where coin price will go randomly UP and DOWN but with more possibility to go UP (etc in 10 days price will go 4 days up then 1 day down then 3 days up then 1 down then 1 up ). So I can make this stuff to go UP for 50 years...
You will get some % of people you referr to register. If you buy 1st package you got just 1 lvl % - If you buy 2nd package your commissions go to 2nd lvl - 5th package = 5 lvl commissions...

We will not sell MyCoins at registration process - you will get them free when you register your ewallet. We don't buy MyCoins - you can sell it to other member or buy something from them. If you want addition MyCoins we can sell them for current price on that day.
I will open company in Gibraltar. Pay taxes what ever. We will make something like RealTime Global Page where you can see transactions in realtime but you don't know who exactly did that transactions. That is it for now..

So will I go to jail???

a legal nightmare, infastructure needed is huge and resources you'll need. Absolutely no point - who is going to trust you?

Why anyone trust to OneCoin? That is a ponzi scheme and I know some people "investing" 10.000+++ euros. WHY? Just because photo of Ruja Ignatova at 30 page in Forbes Magazine
I mean when I get 10users to join, MLM network will do the rest... There is no need anyone to trust me. New users will need to trust someone of that 10 users I will join in.
Yesterday I talked with my cousin and tell him that there is a website onecoin.eu that some people made money but it is a ponzi scheme and it will collapse in something like 2-3 years and many people will lose their money - He told me that he wants to give me money so we can invest together - WTF??? He trust me Are people really that greedy...

The difference is value is given to you examples in game play. What is going to give your currency value? Yeah., obviously it isn't impossible, it has been done. But I guess the money needed to do this, you simply don't have. And I don't mean that in a condescending way, just being straight up.

I will. Like when you sell your car. It is not problem if you sell them for 4000$ and real price is 1000$. That is not illegal - right? The same practice will do with MyCoins. I will decide how much it worth - like OneCoin.eu.

The thing you are looking for is trust, every bitcoin has the value of the price since you trust that you will get more or the same amount on the next day.

Do what you like to do, but try to learn from things other people already did and learn from them.

You need a permission and must be allowed to create your currency with legal requirements and documents. If you created legally then, why you'll go to jail!
