If there are aliens(highly likely) we humans are aliens for them. If there are no aliens(highly unlikely )we humans can't be aliens as being alien is a relative term.
We can't be aliens without the rest of the planet being too. The field of taxonomy has pretty well established that most everything on the planet is related biologically. I think there's some debate about whether we have a second arising of life that resulted in a different kind of microorganism but yea.
Panspermia is a super cool idea but really the only way to verify it would be to find creatures on another planet with almost identical chemistry variants. Hopefully one day we can be so accurate in our models that we could actually trace the starting point of life but I doubt that is even possible at this point even with a matrioshka brain. There is just too much information lost.
