I have read an article on Search engine land, that Google is misattributing the content of major news publishers , does any one of you has notice these kinds of misattributing, is there any way to tackle this kind of situation? Please any suggestion would be appreciative.

Impossible. Google knows and sees all. Google is never wrong.

Seriously though, if I had a penny for every time Google was wrong... I'd have more than one penny right now.

Of course they make mistakes, and their algo is by far not perfect, but we all know that and that's why we do SEO.

Rule 1 : Google is always Right
Rule 2 : Even If Google is Wrong read Rule 1

Hope this helps ;)

Wow. Breaking News at Black Hat World! Google can make mistakes!

Sorry for that. There was a signs of google taking "authority" feature too much last year. You may look into seocrab spam-o-trone journey too see examples.
And what to do in such situations? Well, I guess bank hard!

Algo errors are always possible and they do their part to fix any errors that becomes too apparent to disregard.

Not actually sure what you are saying, but yesterday I noticed a site ranking for many terms, it came up at the top of Google with a large image under a news title, it then directed to another domain and then another.
