What i need to do one dial up

I am interesting at the world of dial up's. For this i am trying but i can't. Some people said me that i need to buy phone line and modem. Other question that i have if i can use this service outside of united states for example in spain. Finally, if someone knows other way would be great.

The reason is because i want to get unlimited ip's from USA. Good bye and good day friends!
