In my test XRumer on blogspot were hundreds of blogs banned from google. All white hat, fresh content and six months of indexation in Serps. I can not say the cause explosions and can be XRumer, but all blogger accounts were excluded from one or two weeks after using XRumer.
The goal was the long tail and get position # 1 to # 10 in G for 90% of blogspots, for an average of 1500 blogs.
I remember it was an experimental test with a view to analyzing results for explosions XRumer on blogger blogs. Maybe the result was not successful by blogger be the G and thereby facilitate footprints with or without proxies.
I DB backup the entire contents of the (banned blogs) and now as the next step will re-launch them on my sites point COM and NET point to follow the same path of blogspots key phrases in the long tail with nearly 1,000 domains, as that the blogs were successful 90% to 1 page G. But I will create another strategy that has given XRumer success in a particular group of blogs.
In other tests for older sites have separate PR high zlinks in href and only high-profile PR forums to randomization of anchor text in the signature, has dramatically increased my, ranking and PR.
Even some older blogs have been banned also to websites and web 2.0 authorities do not recommend XRumer directly blogspots for adsense.

I have not been banned or sandboxed yet for blasting my websites (most are aged domains). As long as you're careful and make unique post then you should be okay.
I actually have a domain thats less than 3 months old and it's already on the first page out of "G" and the niche is strong

if you do a blast on an aged domain you have a better shot at not getting hurt.
i usually use 'parasite' sites, which were referred to before as hub pages. these can be anything from blogspot to wordpress.com to tumblr and hubpages. i usually get 10 or so articles written for each parasite, then blast away at them and let them sit for a month. once everything gets situated, i'll throw up a blogroll link or something on the parasites and take the juice.

When you're doing a blast how many different unique posting are you doing. The issue with most people is they blast the same message over and over and wonder why the get busted. Take your time and make the projects good. Just don't throw something out there. Verify your backlinks in SEOQuake and build on the process once you find what works for you.
