otherwise just find a method here that not require investments, with 3$ you can't do much.

Get an article written with $3. Convert it into PDF and try to sell it on platforms like Amazon etc... May be you can set up something good.
 
you can make money online without spending a dime. try social media marketing. once you get revenue, buy tools to automate mundane tasks.
 
Hey op, just make an amazon affiliate site. I made one just for kicks and giggles and it generates 3-6 orders a month. The only thing I've done is pin everything to p interest with an automatic plugin. I do not do much IM nowadays because I work 12 hour days, but this method is pretty good.

You could try to gamble it a few times and profit from it.. but there's not much you can do with that sadly.
 
Save it. I didn't start making any kind of significant money until I started saving my small sums to invest it.
