1.62 .. as in 1 dollar and 62 cents? that may buy you a .info domain for you, you could use it for a 301 redirect

Ha funny I was just gonna suggest that. In addition to the .info use newhgcoupon (not sure if it's still working. If not, just google them. There are a bunch of 'em at any given time.)

and there you have it, domain + hosting for under $2

why not?
people are offering tweets in that price range ($1.00-2.00), they'll tweet your blogs link to their x thousand followers let's say 3 times or something like that
it's another question if it's worth it or not...

Don't be restricted by the $1.62

You don't need investment to make money online and offline. Sell what you have .. knowledge and experience If you aren't good anything right now .. study different things and then decide on one thing that interests you the most and study that thoroughly. Once you are good at that one thing .. sell that knowledge and experience to others.

This is the only that will ALWAYS work. And needs no investment.
