What helps to increase CR?

Hello,
So I am in a working of a project for CB product. And before I end it I just want to ask you what will effect to increase Conversation Rate on my Sales page. What should I add to increase it.
I hope I will get traffic via Google search for different keywords. My keyword group have 269k searches per month so I expect just half of that will come on my site. With that half traffic I want to use it as much well as I can. So what do you suggest I should add to keep customer on my site?

Always keep your call-to-action above the fold. Once you place your CTA above the fold, use a colour to catch your visitors' attention (orange works best and do not ever use red). Also, be sure your website is responsive if you're targeting mobile and desktop visitors.
