Ebay is really crazy!
They now are restricting the number of items I can list per month (actually they allowed me to list only TWO per month!)
WTF is this!!!!!

I'm sick and tired!

I heard they do this with new accounts until a certain number of items have been reached. Is yours new?

i wish ebay would go down with paypal! idk the answer. consider selling some on amazon though!

A lot of people think Amazon is where the grass is greener.

Buy more items and build up your feedback. Sounds like you are in the first 30 day time frame of your limitation. There is about 90 days, after that, you will be alright. Just build up your feedback, buy postcards and stuff for 2.99 + free shipping. Don't buy anything in the 99 cent + free shipping category.

eBay is either onto something golden, or just plain stupid.

The only reason I see to keep restricting the site is to clean up it's image. Not that it's bad, but there are a few stories floating around about millionaire scammers.

However, I'm putting my money on the latter. I've met a rep from eBay (who will go unnamed) and she was very arrogant. If you've ever seen interviews with the CEO, you'll see what I'm talking about.

i really wish if google had launched its marketplace which would definately f u c k ebay

if you upgrade the account to a Business Account, which takes about 10 seconds and you only have to make up a name for the business, this can take away the limitation.

I do this with all new accounts and have had 2 week old accounts selling buy it nows with 0 feedback. Also had 30 plus listings up on the new accounts

buying cheap items wont raise your selling limit.... they're looking for seller feedback...with high DSR's.

Make sure that it is not your total item listing limit. They also have listing limits for each category, some categories are more strict than others depending on how high-risk they are..

So many restrictions now a days. How can the new person entering compete?
