It entirely depends on who sends it and what the circumstances are. I've had a DMCA from large companies who could afford to follow up on it if they chose and I've had stupid ones from YouTube video owners who tried to DMCA me over their video being embedded on my site (hah).
If you're fucking with copyright then it really depends on how you're set-up, where you are and how far they want to chase you.

There are a lot of variations here. If they can chase you and you're big enough to chase then it can hurt. There are people doing this stuff on scale but there are also people who go to jail for doing it. Personally not something I'd fuck with if you don't know what you're doing.

It depends upon the notice. they will send you the links to the content which they own, you need to remove them from your website. if they send notice to your host also then you will get a email from them too to remove the content, so you should remove the infringement and update to your host that you removed the content
once you got the dmca means they will also send that infringement content link to the google (https://www.lumendatabase.org/). your that particulor link will be removed from google search
if they are sending the notices to your host also, if you get too many notices in short period they will suspend server

Yep. If you dont remove they will.
Every country has their own law suits. For example If you host at Netherlands server. Then DMCA laws didnt apply but you will get notice as per Netherlands dutch law suits.

There are guides in the forum you can follow.
Never register anything on your name, host overseas with services that don't care about this claims, etc., etc.

Yep Google will remove the particular link from search engine. Some times copyright holder mention whole domain other than the particular content link. If they give proper ownership details and proofs to google then whole url/domain also will be blocked from search

you can get dmca for that. you are using copyrighted materials of the game.
you summed it up well.
your webhost will tell you to take the page offline/host will do it themselves. maybe hosting terminate your account. maybe just a warning first time.
the legal side of things depends entirely on who is pursuing as quoted above. generally nothing scary happens. just an email saying you received one and the content must be removed.

You know google is a company in USA , they can just report that link to google and google will remove it for the search engine .
lol, i am using only images. So it means any site that is using game images can be having DMCA ?? funny really

I think the argument for streamers is that it's fair use but some companies (I want to say Nintendo had a history of this) will DMCA YouTubers who stream their games.
