Hey guys new to site flipping. Im thinking of giving it a try..
what I want to know. Is after you sell the site and domain. Whos the one moving it to the different hosting?

So for instance wordpress. If lets say I sell a WP site to somebody. How is the normal way of moving it or giving them their new site? DO I just give them a bundled WP site with SQL tables? Or a Backupbuddy or WPtwin file for them to install themselvs etc? Or is my company responsible for the move?

Reason why I ask, is for example: like godaddy servers, ever try to unpack and install anything on their servers? Its almost impossible to get everything to work as it should. Some servers have a a ton of issues and htaccess problems. So I didnt know how this process actually works.....

thanks in advance....

There's no set rules for that, so it's up to yourself and the buyer to decide who will do the moving.

Personally, I always like getting everything done by myself as this leaves less room for errors that are not under your control (buyer messes up the transfer and blames you), however many buyers are savvy enough and tell you right off the bat that they only want you to send them files and SQL dumps.
