What happens if we ''scam'' Facebook?

I see many tactics to scam Google by creating multiple Google Ads accounts with a $350/$500 threshold.

People don't do this on Facebook because the initial threshold is too low...but what if we pay multiple charges until the threshold reaches $1000, block the card and prevent Facebook from charging?

In this case we would have a debt of, for example, $900 that Facebook could not charge through the card.

Will all ad accounts be blocked? Will the entire profile be unable to create new ads? Legal actions?

What do you think about it?

Well Since your name is 100% blocked, Tha the identity used for the credit card is blocked, so it cannot be spammed, than it's useless. It's one time, and not worth it.

Why would someone want to do this? This is not black hat but illegal movement that can cause you trouble.

When I didn't pay my $ 3000 that I was owing them, they just sent few e-mails charging it and didn't annoy me for 2 months. When I wanted to advertise again I just paid it.

Don't know what happens if you just don't pay at all forever. In my case my card expired and I was lazy to put another since I was not needing.
