Working fine for me. Try using a proxy to see if it's a problem with your IP connecting to it.

If you can't get in with your own IP, perhaps your IP was banned? Have you been a bad boy?

seems my ip has been banned. Dont know what that was far. hell I onlya joined a while back. Oh well have to try proxy more often. Thanks for help guys

looks like either my norton is blocking it or they have for some reason blocked the ip. I have not done anything so I suspect its norton somehow? will post when I get it figured out.

Here's another possibility, your ISP is blocking/blacklisted that site. I've seen it done on other sharing forums.

Or your ISP's upstream DNS tables are corrupted and don't have an entry for the forum you want to access.

In order to know if your IP address has been banned by the forum, you need to get a new IP address from your ISP.

Or you could use an alternate name server like 4.2.2.1 (as opposed to the one your ISP gave you.

And if you find more and more of the sharing sites are blacklisted from your ISP then, either get a new ISP or get a $9/month VPN service (where your traffic is encrypted end to end - this is also away of avoiding some detection methods of bandwidth shaping). If your ISP can't read the data stream, they may not shape your bandwidth.

I get a resource cant be displayed error too, have been for months - but never did anything bad on their forums to get banned? Finalanswer, could you please go into more detail on how to do the things you mentioned like 4.2.2.1 and is a VPN service fast for transfer (I hate using proxies cause they're always slow as sh*t for me!)?

The owner probably gave up on it. I can imagine it was so much lechers they didn't get enough action on their boards. VS is official off the market. BTW so is movieforumz
