The homepage looks cluttered. It loads very slow.

Looks like junk.

probably adobe's doing. They've purchased Semrush recently and they're probably looking for ways to screw over the customers, most big companies do this nowadays...

Yes. Only thing that matters now is earnings reports.

They also changed the payment channel
Now it's difficult adding cards to semrush

Speed wise its fine on my end, concerncing the cluttering...it was always pretty cluttered but you just got used to the old layout and probably knew where everything was.
