Does anyone know what happened to ecashopinions.com? Its gravity was over 200 and I made lots of sales with it. It had an incredible sales page. Now, the sales video is broken and its gravity is less than 10.

The vendor is a member of this forum, and perhaps he can come here and tell us what happened.

Well Clickbank has been taking action on accounts with a high refund/chargeback rate and closing them down, so it might be because of that which causes affiliates to stop promoting it.

It always seemed like a scammy product so I imagine they axed it.

I agree in regard to the offer being deceitful to say the least but the account is still active with Clickbank.

Why do Clickbank still allows these types of products to be sold is another question.

As to why the website's video is down, could be due to numerous scenarios. I will leave that to the imagination of the public.

Mike.

I'd like to hear a reply from its vendor if he/she is indeed a member of this forum. Are they the same team behind tubelaunch?

Searching this forum can easily provide the answer to the above question but
I think that if they stood behind their product they would have already participated
in the current discussion (which makes my assumption that this was a shady service
closer to be true).

Mike.

I am the creator of eCashOpinions and I sold it late last year. I apologize that the individuals I sold it to did not do their job in keeping the website running, functioning, and converting as they should have.

Since seeing that they've done so badly with it, I have been hard at work on a replacement for it which I will post a thread for in a matter of minutes.

Once again I apologize to all affiliates of eCashOpinions.

Sincerely,
Rick

Rick,

Have you tried contacting your former affiliates through your Clickbank rep (if you had one) to advise with regard to the transferred ownership?

Mike.

I am surprised whoever bought the product off you didnt agree for exclusivity to stop you just making competition with them as you have the whole aff list and can easily do a new one.

Both Mike and Payroll make very valid points Rick.

I'm sure many of us would be interested in your reply.

I guess the original owner of the product has placed the entire accountability
on the new owner. Either way, it's irrelevant now since the product is inactive.

Mike.

My guess would be that prospective affiliates for the new product would want reassurance that what happened with the first one won't happen again with the second one.

Affiliates can invest thousands of dollars promoting a product, such as extensive SEO campaigns and media buys. Ideally, dramatic changes to a product need to be announced in advance, to allow affiliates to deal with them appropriately.

Just my opinion of course! :)
