What happend to all the "feature" IG pages?

In the art niche , the hashtags were dominated by all these feature pages .

they used to dominate Instagram , there were like 15 art pages .

Now I dont see them at all ,

what happened to them?

may be they stopped using some sort of services they were using earlier. Or may be the trick they used to get into feature page is patched.
